Tonight's Workout:

Ho' Ala ke Kino

Brazil Butt Lift:
Tummy Tuck


I was feeling nostalgic and decided to revisit Ho' Ala ke Kino. I haven't done this workout in a while and i missed it.. Was a great time and i saw the difference since i've been working all the other programs since the last time i did it.. I am certainly much stronger and when it really used t obe a challenge for me i no longer felt it was..
However, lately i have been having problems with push ups.. i spoke to another coach (Brett Styer) and he mentioned i might be over-training. After thinking about it, he's right. I'm doing so much upper body with Chalean Extreme that my muscles are just fatigued.. i need to rest them. I should know this. I tell my customers the same thing when posed the same situations.. Goes to show you that we all need help from others sometimes so don't be afraid to ask for it.

Tummy Tuck was a challenge because my abs are still sore from the last ab workout, but all is good! no pain no gain for me!
