My personal.. ehhem.. i mean the Corporate Trainer, Mike was in today! I say personal because the company provides him in our health and wellness program, but i'm the only one that ever shows up. Which is good because he tailors the workout for me.. i'm the hyper one that isn't afraid of a challenge. Everyone else whines and complains.. suck it up buttercup!
He brought in a ladder type item that he layed on the floor and i had to work that thing.. I felt like i was in the NFL sans the tires lol. Great cardio workout.. good for coordination too, which i am limited in.. it's the blonde hair i swear.
Other than the ladder, i had side squats, he had me use the bands for back and dumbells for arms, and the elephant swings.. I actually had to go up in weight! YAY! and the bench for crunches.
Showered up and had a nice salad for lunch.
I was going to workout tonight, but i think i might just stick to some Yoga instead being as a had a really good cardio workout today.
