Corporate Trainer Friiiidaaaaaay!!
Yesterday i sent Trainer Mike an e-mail about a workout i read about on line. It seemed really charging and i wanted him to push me through it. We have the equipment so i wanted to utilize the entire 25 minutes for a major ass kicking. I didn't eat that great this week so i really needed some motivation and hurt as punishment! lol just kidding. (not really)

OK that was a killer workout! He was going easy because of the.. ehhem.. wooses in the class.. but i stepped up my game. It was great! and we need to have this type of workout every time he's here. I certainly like the 12:00 hour better, only because it is just me in there, but regardless this was a success..
hmm.. maybe i'll have him bring the pads for some kickboxing next week. Those workouts are always the most challenging!
