Chalean Extreme:

Burn Intervals & Ab Burner

BURN –verb
1. to feel heat or a physiologically similar sensation; feel pain from or as if from a fire.
2. to produce pain or a stinging sensation similar to that of fire.

And BURN is EXACTLY what every muscle in my body felt during this workout! lol

OMG. Not only did the plyometric intervals push my heart rate past human levels, but in between (the "rest" periods) PI's we had to do the weights portion.. Resting period? oh i think NOT! but it definitely gave your body something to do while your heart slows down. Just when you think your muscles have nothing left BACK TO PLYO! 40 minutes of complete and utter fat burning TORTURE! and i loved every second of it! yeah I'm a sick puppy that's for sure.

Can't wait for tomorrow!
