Woooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! What a workout tonigh!
I swear, every time is like the very first time, but always refreshing and exhilarating!
Tonight's workout:
Chalean Extreme
Burn it Off (my favorite)
Recharge
Followed it up with a smoothie, tuna sandwich on whole grain bread, an apple, and a little cheddar cheese to round it all off.. now time for a shower, some Beachbody work to do and to digress..
