I thought yesterday's workout was awesome?? Today's workout RULED! I think it's going to be hard to top this one.
The best part of it all.. a new toy.. a bought the heart monitor with my last order from Beachbody. That, of course, made me work harder because i wanted to see if it really worked! lol i'm such a skeptic. The only problem i have with the heart monitor is the band is a tad loose because i'm not wide enough for the sensors to fit tightly. So i'm going to have to find a way to modify the strap so it fits tighter. So anyway, here are the workouts i did:

I needed an extra boost too. so i concocted a new Shakeology Recipe. COFFEE LOVERS LISTEN UP!
Mid way through my workout i had to stop to refuel. My body just didn't have the energy to burn and keep going. So i ate dinner and quickly ran over to DnD, while my food digested, and grabbed a turbo coffee (lol how fitting!)
I chilled the coffee (becuase you don't want to mix the shakeology with hot coffee beause it will break down some of the nutrients) and mixed the chocolate shakeology in the blender with the coffee. Holy jolt batman! Not only did it give me the extra boost, plus the extra nutrients, but it tastes so darn good! WOW! I'm making another one just for my ride into work in the AM!
