We have to learn from our mistakes in life. Mistake: VIEW the videos before you do them if you have never done them before.
I LOVE Turbo Jam and I LOVE Chalean Extreme, put them together and it's home workout bliss. When you enter in a stranger it leads to chaos, hence my mistake.
Brazil Butt Lift - Sculpt is a  FULL BODY SCULPT. I just did that with Chalean and Turbo Jam! lol. After about 15 minutes of utter torture and complete exhaustion in my upper body; i went back to the drawing board. I pulled out the "High & Tight" disc for BBL and i opted to do the first 1/3 which used the bands all lower body. OMG
I'm blogging this 2 days later (sorry, i have been busy) and my bum bum is still feeling it!!! lol which is all good by-the-way!
All-in-all EXCELLENT routine.. completely engrossed all muscles and i'm loving it!
