OwowowowowoW!!! Lean Circuit 1 is NO JOKE, and that Tummy Tuck?? no words to describe it!! But BOTH ARE AWESOME!!! Great workout, definitely pushed me to my limits. I rarely make noises when i work out unless i'm singing along or shouting in excitement during Turbo Jam, but i was groaning like.. someone in the ER! That was GREAT!
Highly recommend these two together.
