Day 174-175-Cancelled

1/23/10-1/24/10

I know i spoke about rearranging my workouts this weekend, and i never want to use excuses because there really are NO excuses, but i was so busy this weekend and when i finally did have time i caught up on laundry, coaching, and sleep.

Saturday i spent the day with my Dad and Step-Mom, and by the time i got back to town and visited with another set of friends to see thier new home it was well after midnight.. didn't fall asleep until almost 3am just because i was having another one of my insomniac moments lol.

Sunday FH and I went to Sunday Mass, afterward we met with the organist and selected our wedding music. I love that our Church won't allow us to be traditional.. I hate "Here comes the bride" and now that i know what it truly means i don't know how ANY bride would want that played for her walk down the isle. People SHOULD research their music lol.

Anywho... After Mass we went to have breakfast, i had to find faucets on-line, did more coaching, finished laundry and fell asleep on the couch for a few hours (during the Jets game-- I KNOW!) When i woke up we went to dinner and then i had to pack up and head home..

So, I FAILED. The hardest part of not working out is the guilt. I feel great that i gave my body 3 days of rest, but wow am i beating myself up now. I'm taking it to the next level with my workouts just to prove a point (to myself).

I have 5 Circuit workouts with the Chalean Extreme program.
Then i will be onto Brazil Butt Lift for 30 full days and Turbo Jam and on my rest days i'll do the lean circuits for the weight training.

Afterward starts P90X.. this will lead me to the wedding.. I'm amped!

Back to the workouts tomorrow! PROMISE!
