Why? because i was in so much soreness on Day 6 i didn't feel satisfied with the workout i did. So i redid it.. think of it as self-punishment because i wanted to cry uncle 1/2 way through lol.

Next time i dig deep no matter how much it hurts.. Working out for 132 minutes is brutal! I don't recommend it!.

Feeling good though despite the soreness.. that means things are working thankfully.. i'll have that perfect beach body come honeymoon time if this keeps up! woohoo! I go for my dress fitting this week! not nervous about it being too small! Gotta workout ladies!
