I decided to do ARX first this time. i have to say it's easier because your body isn't taxed from doing the other routing. From now on i'm going to do my ab work first.

I increased my numbers again this week. Not on every exercise but 5 of them. 1 went down on one because i added more weight to it because the 5lb was much too light. My arms are getting nice and ripped up.. love it.. and the recovery formula is the icing on the proverbial cake!
