I needed today off from the X.
I just wasn't feeling right this afternoon.. i felt pre-sick.. a tad achey, head had pressure, throat a little sore.. not sure if it's allergies or a cold, so i opted to take it easy.
Kind of ironic since i just blogged about over-training; though i don't think this is the case.
If all is well tomorrow.. Even Though Tony recommends just continuing (read more about that here), i think I'm going to do one round of each Plyo and Chest and Back. This way i did both workouts (maybe not 100%), but i did them and worked the muscle groups.. My progress with the program is great so i don't feel as though i am behind the 8 ball at all.
