Yoga X

As i have mentioned before this is a very thorough Yoga session. It does take up a lot of time, but it is very much worth it especially after a long day at the office.

I tried to push and take it up a notch and do wheel. I just cannot seem to get my right wrist to bend that way. It brought back my childhood memories of my neighbor and i doing handstands on the front lawn and starting in a "wheel" position to do other crazy things.. 25+ years later and i can't even do a "wheel" or a "Crane".. oh what computers have done to us! and to be a kid again..

If you aren't doing your YOGA X because it's too long i can recommend you break it up a bit. You can do the Vinyasa in the AM and the balance portion in the PM, which would be perfect do bring you down before bed.
