Yoga X
I DID IT!!! I made it through the ENTIRE 1.5 hours of Yoga X without stopping. I was also able to do Crane with my new modification using the P90X Power Stands. I still have to work hard on the balancing of that move but i did it.
I felt great after that workout. I was working with a charlie horse in my left calf for a few days now.. don't know what started it and nothing i ate, did or willed got rid of it.. Yoga X got rid of it.. It was hard at first to stretch it because it was a big know but it worked it's way out thankfully!
Another accomplishment - i was able to get both heals down during downward dog!!! My hamstrings feel great, my calves real great and i feel great! I slept like a champ last night too (i'm obviously writing this the next morning).
With all of this wedding planning and stuff going on it felt great to give myself 1.5 hours of Yoga silence. Minus the dogs next door barking and myself allowing things that are going on around me in my life affect my Chi during Yoga I'd say i had an awesome session. I think i have another one in a few days.
Tonight is core synergistics! This is my first attempt at it.. LOVE new things!
