GREAT workout tonight.. I love Kenpo, more-so when i don't have legs the day before! My kicks are stronger and less painful, as well as doing my blocks in horse stance.. very uncomfortable after doing legs the day before!

Tonight was not the case, because I'm in recovery week!

24 more days until my wedding day.. and i WISH i had more lower body.. my bum bum just isn't where i hoped it would be by now.. i might have to hybrid in some Brazil Butt Lift in with the P90X in the coming weeks.. i really have to BRING IT, and BRING IT HARD CORE! because of my late start i won't see P90X to the very end because of the wedding day itself and the honeymoon, unless i can find a way to download my DVD's to my Ipod somehow. My hotel has a slamming gym.. When i come back i want to do another round of BBL until Turbo Fire comes out. Or i might hybrid BBL and CEX until Turbo Fire. I haven't decided yet.. The one thing i can say is.. i love options.. and Beachbody provides me with TONS of options, resources, and knowledge to get it done and get it done right!
