Don't ask me what got into me tonight, but i was on FIRE!
As if P90X Shoulders and Arms weren't enough.. I HAD to do more.
I totally wasn't feeling ARX.. it bores me sometimes. So i need a bigger challenge and i knew right where to go. Brazil Butt Lift's Tummy Tuck.. I haven't done that one in a while and it showed! I was BURNIN'!! WHOA! right off the bat! It's proof positive that no matter how awesome P90X is, there is always something you can add that compliments it. There should be more than the one ab routing anyway IMHO. Especially since it IS a 90 day program, but who am i? lol Just a suggestion that's all.
Anyway.. i wasn't quite done though. because i felt the burn i HAD to do more so i did the first set of High & Tight, which is the standing leg work with the bands.. that's a killer butt workout anyway so i didn't need to take it the entire 35 minutes. I need more butt work.. again something i feel p90x is lacking for me personally. So I'll add a little something on my weight days.. should be quite the challenge when i actually HAVE to do legs lol. oh boy.
Afterward i was still not completely satisfied so i said.. "why not some cardio!" Bum Bum Rapido is a SLAMMIN' 10 minute Cardio routine! Leandro doesn't play games I'm telling ya!
After that i was spent.. i wanted to crawl to my recovery drink and a shower.. but it felt sooo sooo sooo good! If not for the recovery drink though i can honestly say i wouldn't have made it at all, and not only that i would regret it in the morning. as it is it's going to be tough, but with the recovery drink I'll just be sore instead of feeling dead lol.
