Since i missed last night's workout i decided to make up for it tonight and more legs and back to tomorrow morning and Kenpo x tomorrow night after my man leaves for work.
I was very busy today at work. The company is rolling out a new computer program so besides the normal work-load we had training. The new system is almost the same but aesthetically different, i'm liking some of the new functionality already and it's not even live yet. The last 2 days of work for my before the wedding are next week, so i'm going to play in the system until i'm blue in the face to see if there is anything missing.. looking forward to coming back from my honeymoon to an entirely new system sans the typical hiccups (aggravation) that come along with the first week of a new system roll-out.
In-other-words, i need Yoga tonight lol.. a bit stressed out.
