Chicken made MY way

There are tons of recipes out there for chicken; particularly marinades.

Quite a few years ago, in my early 20's, i happened upon a salad dressing that my Beau's (at the time) mother made on a whim.
At first i didn't quite like it because i was not into spicy.. OK.. it's not really spicy per se, but it has kick.

Tonight i decided to use it as not only a dressing for my baby greens, but for my chicken breast that i wanted to grill with a side of baby greens with the same dressing, tomatoes, cucumbers and just a few small slices of fresh mozzarella and a nice tall glass of refreshing Greenberry Shakeology.

WOW

That's a nice marinade.

I wish i could give you the recipe by measurements but i cannot because i don't measure it. i eyeball it and go for taste, but here are the ingredients:

6-7 large gloves of garlic (not the stuff in the jar either)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Spicy Dijon Mustard
Thyme
Chives
Salt and pepper to taste, i use white pepper, but it's user preference
Combine everything but the olive oil in the blender and blend
slowly add the olive oil to reach desired consistency
For more heat just simply add more garlic.
