Had a very productive day today.
Yesterday was spent dealing with the new furniture arrival and laundering the comforter and such, so not much of anything fitness wise was accomplished minus my 30 minute Yoga blast when i woke up.
My doc has ordered 30 minutes of Yoga in the morning before i start my routines for the day to help me focus and center myself. So i have been practicing using Shiva Rea's DVDs... man is she flexible!
Good Yoga is hard to find, by that i mean DVDs. I LOVE Tony Horton's Ho' Ala ke Kino by Beachbody, but there are days when i'm just not in the mood to kill it. I just want to flow. Shiva allows me to do that, and almost customize my routines as well. the best Christmas gift i think I've ever received (thanks Dad).
Today the diet consisted of
BREAKFAST:
1 Scrambled Egg, Greenberry Shakeology, and my Core-cal mag supplement.
LATE LUNCH/DINNER:
Grilled Steak marinated in Garlic, Asparagus, and whole wheat pasta
Later on tonight i'll probably have a peanut butter sandwich on whole grain bread and Chocolate Shakeology, that will definitely get me through sleep.
After hubby left for work it was feed the dogs and some Ho' Ala ke Kino and a small nap..
Now time to review chapter 5 and quiz it, then start on chapter 6. I'm behind on my goal of CPT cert by Labor Day.
