Today i had to make a decision on which workout i was going to do because my routine list between the two programs was too much.
P90X:
Legs & Back
ARX
and
Turbofire:
Fire 55 EZ
Stretch 10
I chose Legs & Back, and i found my Tony Horton One on One ARX2!!!! I never did it before today.. let's chat..
OK, So Legs & Back is a tough one.. it takes alot of stamina and a lot of patience and balance; which i have.
So i slammed out legs & back then, like a kid on Christmas morning, popped the ARX2 in!

GOSH!
I LOVE IT!!!!
It hurts like heck, but hey.. no pain no gain! New moves, some similar to ARX but modified or something was added.. I loved it! my new fave ab routine! So now i don't have to swap out all my other AB programs! I can pretty much stick with this one.
I contemplated doing Fire 55 EZ afterward because i felt so darn good, but i have Kenpo X tomorrow and I'm not messing with it. Kenpo X is no joke and i don't want to be too too too sore to do it.
All of that on 4 hours of sleep too! Not sure what's going on the last couple of nights.. i am having a hard time sleeping! grrrr! oh well.. such is life!
