Day 12

8/14/09 Company Personal Trainer-30 Minute Strength Training

I told Mike about my workouts for the week, so he went a little easier on me.I started feeling a little sharpness in my left knee (i have left knee issues anyway, and have since my senior year of high school (ages ago) so i wanted to baby it for a few days. He agreed and we worked upper body.

He had me do an exercise with weights to isolate my posterior deltiod muscle.. i never knew they existed! lol great move and it's a nice rounder for the shoulder workouts! I definitely felt the burn!
