Day 2

8/4/09 10-Minute Trainer® > Core Cardio10-Minute Trainer® > Total Body 2

Another Tough one that warranted an immediate shower.
I'm definitely feeling the burn from yesterday's workout, but if i stop to recoup for a few days i'll be right back where i started. So i stretched for a while to warm the muscles up and hit this workout hard.. I'm DEFINITELY going to feel it tomorrow.

Followed the workout with protein fortified flavored water 20oz. to help with the muscle pain tomorrow. Hopefully it will work.
