Day 1

8/3/09 10-Minute Trainer® > Upper Body ; 10-Minute Trainer® > Core Cardio

Undoubtedly, this was a tough one.. I went straight out of the gate into hard core.
This warranted a shower immediately afterward.

It was a tough one, but i did it..

Note: I'm not following the food plan as listed in the 10-minute meals. I'm not OVER-WEIGHT. I'm just out of shape. And as previously noted in my introduction page I eat pretty healthy. I might not be text book, but i know what and how much i should be eating.. I count calories when i have to as well.

I can say that I will be cutting back severely on simple carbs like: pasta, pretzels, white breads etc. for the first couple of weeks to speed up the fat burning process.
