Day 4

8/6/09 10-Minute Trainer® > Abs10-Minute Trainer® > Core Cardio 10-Minute Trainer® > Plyo Intervals

I must have been sniffing my socks when trying to embark on this one.
I started with the cardio to warm up. I've done this workout before so at least i knew what to expect. The plyo intervals are down right killers. HIGHLY effective though. Finished with ABS, that too was insane..

Starting to love the after workout showers.. my skin is getting softer! hmmm.. this might be a good skin care regimen too!
