Day 5

8/7/09 Company Personal Trainer-30 minute Strength Training

My Company offers a health and wellness program. When they built the new building a few months ago they added a workout room complete with private changing areas and showers. very high tech, very "green". They brought back our trainer too.. He's awesome.. He and I click very well, and he knows how to push me and how far. He's highly effective.

This was my first day back with the trainer since we moved to the new facility. First thing he asked "what pain scale can you tolerate this weekend?" i answered with "below ER but i wanna feel it"

And with that we embarked on our first workout. Since i was already sore from the 10 minute trainer workouts i knew i was asking for trouble, but i know my limits and he knows when i'm spent.

30 minutes and a quick shower later and i felt great!
