Day 31

Tonight's Workout: 10 Minute Trainer:
ABS
Cardio
Total Body 2

I was going to do yoga tonight, but i was still high on energy from the day so i decided to go to the 10 minute trainer again. What an awesome workout! I didn't think i was going to make it, and there were a few on the total body 2 that i stopped before the minute was up, my muscles were fatigued, and i didn't want to risk injury.

Being as i do the cardio a lot i'm feeling it's not as challenging as it once was. (problem with my body it adjust and conforms quickly) i even upgraded the band to the highest one for the most resistance and i'm breezing through it. Which, i guess is OK, being as all it's really supposed to do is get my heart rate up so i burn burn burn calories! and i definitely did that last night! I almost had to crawl into the shower!

Drank about 30 oz of protein fortified water to help with muscle recovery as soon as my workout was complete.

For my skin regime tonight i salt scrubbed and my skin is now even more soft than it was before..
