Day 32

Tonight's Workout: 10 Minute Trainer / Grocery shopping with Shape ups - 30 minutes

Upper Body
Plyo Intervals

Holy good God!
This is not a workout for the weak, i have been at rest now for 45 minutes and my arms and legs are still shaking.
No pain no gain though right? By "pain" i mean pushing yourself to the limit, not actual pain.
On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the absolute most challenging workout; this rates an 8 for me. There were 5 workouts total between the two sessions that i couldn't go to completion or i had to modify in some way. Well worth the energy burn though. I felt great afterwards for not giving up, but i won't say the thought didn't cross my mind at least 30 times! hahaha! just kidding.

I don't know what is left for my personal training session tomorrow with the corporate trainer. I might just take a walk with my new Shape ups.

I wore them tonight to go grocery shopping and they definitely make you think about how you walk and your posture.. not bad looking either, and you definitely feel a difference in the legs. I wear heels to work almost everyday for 5 days. Tonight when i took them off and put these sneakers on i felt an immediate stretch down the back of my leg to my ankle, and it felt soooo gooooood. I didn't want to take them off!

For the 10 minute trainer workout however, i used my normal sneakers, i immediately felt the difference once i put them on. Those sneakers truly are different and i like them!
