Tonight's Workout: 10 Minute Trainer

Abs
Cardio Intervals
Chest & Back - One on One

On a scale of 1 to 10; 10 being the shiznit of workouts.. This one started out as a nine and quickly dropped to a 3.

Abs and Cardio Intervals, gave me a run for my money hard core. Chest and back?? yeah.. umm.. no..
The routines were challenging don't get me wrong, even on my best day i can't keep up, but what turned me completely off was the amount of talking and bs'ing in between sets with the camera guy. I was getting frustrated. 10 minutes turned into 15! So my 30 minute workout lasted longer than i wanted it too. I started to get agitated, which works fine for when you need to push yourself that one extra push up, but when you have momentum those down moments just tear the routine in half! Some people don't mind this, but for me (one that needs to be in a constant momentum) it was discouraging.For others that don't mind taking a breather in between sets; this is a great workout for you!

Sorry Tony, i love ya, but the Chest & Back one on one should have been re-done or edited better.
