Tonight's Workout: 10 Minute Trainer
Core Cardio
One on One Lower Body
Awesome workout!
Core cardio was just enough to get me primed and warmed up for the one on one lower body routine. Excellent routine too. 3 of the 10 i had to modify in order to complete... it definitely was a hard workout. Worth every minute though.
I was a bit tired today. I didn't know if i had it in me to do a full 20, but i did, and i was amped about it. I love working out. I love the feeling i get afterwards. Almost like a rush! and there is scientific evidence to back that believe it or not.

It's an amazing concept and makes perfect sense!
