Day 39

Tonight's Workout: Yoga

I was going to do the ten minute trainer Abs, Cardio, Total Body 2 however, i received Tony Horton's Ho'Ala ke kino (Awaken the body)Yoga routine today! Why not jump right on that?

Which is exactly what i did.
Very effective, challenging, and he throws some signature TH moves in too, like plank to push-up, i suck at push-ups, i don't know if it's my form that isn't right or i'm just not strong enough, but i have issues with them. I guess, based on some of TH's blog posts that if i'm not good at something i should keep doing it until i get it right. OK so my weakness will now become my obsession. EXCELLENT!

Tomorrow was going to be a weightlifting day, but because of the bereavement day i took for my Grandmother, and 9-11 it's going to be a rest and remembrance day.
