Today was supposed to be a resting day, but i was very lazy this weekend, i just got back from a wedding shower, watched Tiger Woods smack everyone around in the BMW Championship, and now i have a lot of energy.
Being as i scheduled out my workouts a month in advance; I'm going to take advantage of the Yoga workout Ho'Ala ke Kino (Awaken the body) from TH. I will also switch it up with a new DVD from Beachbody called Great Body.. Looks interesting, and i haven't done it yet, so I'm intrigued. I will note my experience when i am finished working out. Ciao' for now!

Yoga, Great Body-Buns, Great Body-Thighs= sweat, sweat, more sweat, and WOW! Great isolation exercises!
Without a doubt a perfect addition to my 10 minute trainer series to give it the change up with that extra oomph! It's definitely old school, but it's hard core. Tony Horton doesn't train on these two workouts. Debbie Siebers does, and i like her!
Now i'll have to go through my month and add and adjust for these workouts as well!
