Tonight's Workout: 10 Minute Trainer

Core Cardio
a little Yoga for stretching
I did some simple Yoga stretches to get my body stretched and ready for the workout. It lasted about 10 minutes, which was just long enough to get the blood flowing and muscles stretched.
I wasn't feeling the workout tonight, but i did it anyway. My foot is still bothering me which made the skater lunges a "bit" uncomfortable, so i had to ease up on a lot of the Core Cardio routine. The Upper Body and Abs, as usual, proved to still be a challenge for me! yay! lol. So all-in-all on my kick-butt workout scale of 1-10 it was about a 7. (i still needed to shower afterward, so as long as i broke a sweat it's good).
Now i think I'll have an apple... just a tad hungry even though i ate dinner!
