Yes folks, i had to cancel tonight's workout. I started going through my closet to get stuff ready for charity for the winter season when the next i knew it was 9pm. I still had yet to call a limo company i was interested in and when i did they were in the process of closing up an open house that they were having. They were only 15 minutes from me and they said they would wait. I spent a lot of time inspecting the one limo that i want and well, by the time i got home, talked to my FH and got ready for bed it was close to 11pm.. no way can i work out that late.. not for lack of energy, but i would never get to sleep!
But had i worked out this is what my routine would have been:
10 Minute Trainer
Cardio
Abs
Lower Body
I also decided this morning, that i'm going to give all of the cardio a rest for a couple of weeks because of my right ankle/foot really bothering me. i think i aggravated the heck out of it. i will walk using my shape ups instead of the cardio I'll do the Great body workouts for glutes and other parts of the body that don't require me to use that portion of my foot in the manner in which i have to for cardio and such.
I think this will be a good break anyway. I'm seeing a huge difference in my physique and i'm liking what i see, so in order to prevent that plateau I'll switch it up for now. The dog will be happy too because I'll be spending some much needed personal quality time with her. The other pup is making her mad with all the attention hogging lately.
