Day 59

9/30/09

Today i worked out with my corporate trainer.

Thankfully he was in today because i, again, have a lot of errands to run after work.. Well, I'll be working a little later than normal too for month and quarter end.

He kicked my butt.

I made the awesome mistake of showing him some of the One on One sessions with Tony Horton during one of our workouts and he's since used them against me! lol just kidding. he does it in a good way.

Adding to a few One on One moves he also had me do tricep dips, a few other back and chest moves, a lot of jumping jacks, a 1 minute plank for insulting him (hee hee 1 minute is a cinch!), some elephants and lastly some lower ab work on the bench.

Thankfully my company installed showers because i needed one after that workout! 30 minutes of a boot camp style workout! YIKES! but worth it and very much needed.

Shortly after my workout and while i was eating my salad for lunch, i received a tweet from beachbody about the Chalean Extreme workouts.. yeah. i ordered them.. then decided to order the P90X as well. Here is my thought process.

I love TMT, but i do need to kick it up a notch sometimes. Tomorrow will officially be my 60 day mark working with TMT. I am happy with my results so far, so don't think it's not worth the money because it very much is.

My "inner trainer" wants more diversity. So once i get Chalene's workout series i'm going to slam into that at mach speed for 60 days. That will pull me right into the holiday season. Then after that 60 day i will jump into P90X for 90 days as instructed. After P90X i will use that diversity of routines that i will now have  library of and work it until my wedding, then maintain afterward at a normal fitness level.

I am really excited about my endeavor, and hopefully i will be spared from any more illnesses from now until after my honeymoon is over!

I went to the local nutrition store last night and bought all the essentials to help my immune system, bones and vitamin D (i usually get the winter blues so i need to stock up in order to keep motivated).

I am still working on my nutrition plan as well.
