I had tons of errands to run tonight so i hit the workout hard as soon as i arrived home from work.
Tonight's choices:
Great Body - Stretch
TMT -Total Body 2
TMT -Cardio
Excellent workout!
For my errands i wore my shape ups, and wow are my legs sore! totally worth it!
Tomorrow i may have to work late, and because the stores close at 9pm, i will have to finish my errands right after work. I'm hoping (fingers crossed) that my company trainer will be in tomorrow so i can at least utilize him. If such is the case i will update you on my workout with him tomorrow some time.
