In the right sidebar of my blog you will see links to the 100 push-ups, 200 squats, 200 sit-ups challenges.
Last week i took the initial tests for all 3. This week i will be starting the training. I'm hoping that the workout routines that i am doing will help me get even stronger in order to complete these tests.
So for my initial tests my beginning numbers are as follows:
100 Push-ups = 3 (full push-ups, not the girlie ones)
200 Sit-ups = 20
200 Squats = 40
I will be doing the challenges on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays as per the recommendations of each program. That will allow for proper rest and recovery.
I will keep you updated as i go.. and in 6 more days it's Chalean Extreme! I CAN'T WAIT!
