Corporate Trainer Day!
30 minutes of an ass kicking, and i needed it and still do. I was cranky today, had a bad start to the work day so he "tried" to work it out of me.
It's amazing how much anger really makes your workouts that much more intense and easily enduring.
He had me jogging in place, jumping jacks, then we did squats & lunges with HEAVY weights.. the light ones just didn't cut it! Shoulders, biceps, abs.. just nuts! for 30 minutes non stop!
Shower was needed and taken.. love mid-day showers.. makes me feel even cleaner and soft!
