Kept it light and sweet.. but crazy enough to break a sweat.
My foot hurts so i did workouts that would minimize it's usage. Not REALLY what i want to do, but considering the pain threshhold that it has brought me to, i'm just taking care that i don't make it worse. I have a call into the Dr. to see what's up, waiting for a call back.
In other fitness news, My P90X arrived today! WOOHOO! I'm handing that over to my Fiance' to check out while I'm still on my 10 minute trainer and great body kick until November when the Chalean Extreme hits my workout routine for the next 90 days. Once CE is done then it's on to P90X. I'm hesitantly excited about that!
The good thing is that he will not need the cardio portion of the X because he's so lean (even i'm jealous) he needs the weights to bulk up. So if i do decided to totally mix it up i can grab onto the kenpo and cardio portions of the X..
I'm rambling... that's how you know I'm excited! lol
