I'm going real hardcore tonight.
I decided that, in addition to, my 10 minute trainer and Great Body workout that i'm in the process of deciphering for tonight's workout, i'm going to take the 200 sit ups challenge initial test (link posted on the right margin over there ------------->)

200 Sit-ups Challenge-Initial Test

Wow! What a workout! Started with the Yoga Flex to warm up and stretch then to Cardio and cooled down before the cool down with the lower body.
My Initial test for the 200 sit-ups challenge is 20. I could have gone for about 4-5 more but i didn't want to push the test and set myself up for failure and/or injury.
So many times i have heard Tony Horton say "if you aren't good at something keep doing it until you are good at it". Well, i SUCK at push ups.. I don't know if it's just my form that is off or what but they aren't easy; even the "girlie" ones. I can do those a lot better than the standard ones though. I used to be able to do the standard push ups, but i don't know what happened. So i do believe that i will start the 100 push ups challenge tomorrow. Well at least the initial test portion of it.
I'm back in the saddle and ready to burn off this fat before Chalene kicks my ass for 90 days, then Tony wipes me off the floor for 90 days after that with the X.
