I'm going to BRING IT tonight.
I just scheduled my workout. I'm going One on One:
Cardio Intervals
Plyo Intervals
Ho' Ala ke Kino
In addition i will have to do my 100 push ups Day 1
and i'm going to do the Initial Test for 200 Squats.
Yeah, i'm crazy.
Today's Smoothie:
OJ, Plain Yogurt, Flaxseed, Banana, Strawberry. Delicious! Kept me full for most of the morning, though i did have my 10am snack and just finished my spinach salad with walmuts, rainsins/cranberries, pumpkin seeds with a light ceasar dressing for taste.

BROUGHT IT!
Holy goodness that was intense. And i JUST realized something too; cardio intervals and plyo intervals are just about identical! So basically i did the same workout twice lol. there are just a few moves that are different in the cardio intervals, but it's basically the same.
Just finished dinner and now I'm blogging and enjoying a smoothie with some whey protein added for muscle recovery. I also didn't realize that the cardio and plyo intervals were mostly lower body and well i did that yesterday. The Yoga brought me an opportunity to do my squats so i used that for my initial test for the 200 squat challenge.
Now to run some errands!
