I busted out the Great Body series and did:
BUNS
THIGHS
STRETCH
I also did day 1 of the 200 sit-ups challenge = 40 total.
I decided to start the push-ups as well. Today was initial test day. I am doing the "man-style" push-ups. I was able to do 3. Sad, i know. The girlie ones i can do 10 easily, but that's the point. I don't want it to be easy. Since this is a move i totally suck at i am bringing it and doing the hardest one "for me".
Needless to say i busted a major sweat; even my shins and calves were sweating! Over-all a great workout for today, since i blew off Trainer Mike at work today, (his website can be found in the right margin under The Training Advantage ----> )
Update on the smoothie issue:
I am getting better, but still need improvement. Monday night i made a raspberry, strawberry, mango smoothie with OJ, plain yogurt, and flaxseed, and the above mentioned fruit. Tasty but tart, since i am doing this sugar free and i forgot to by honey.
Last night i created using OJ, pineapple, banana, blueberry smoothie. That filled me up for my commute this morning.
Tonight i haven't decided yet. Maybe, a banana, strawberry, pineapple, yogurt, flaxseed smoothie. I'll let you know how that one turns out!
update: smoothie came out pretty darn good! can't wait for my morning commute! 311 and a smoothie! what more can a girl want?
