Double Duty Day!
Because i cancelled yesterday i decided to punish myself and go back to back on Burn 1 and Burn 2 of Chalean Extreme.
Today was actually considered a "rest" day (though you don't get the day off from working out, you are supposed to do the Recharge routine), but because i have a few errands to run after work tomorrow i won't get home until a bit later and well, i don't workout 3 hours prior to bed time. If i do i don't sleep well, but the Recharge is more like a Yoga routine so i am subbing that for Burn 2, which i did today.
Needless-to-say it's been about 12 hours since i did these two workouts and my muscles still shake when in certain positions lol. It's all good.
I looked damn good tonight when i got dressed to go grocery shopping and grab dinner. For shits-and-giggles i decided to check my body fat %. i lost 2% since i started Chalean Extreme, and the way my bod looked tonight in my jeans i can definitely say THANKS to Chalene Johnson for creating a workout routine that WORKS!
I have also limited my caloric intake to 1200 per day. I count every calorie that goes in my mouth. some days i make it to 1200 some days i don't and then there are some days that i go a little bit over. Those are the days i REALLY push myself moreso than i already do during my workouts. In other words: I BRING IT!
