Rough Monday.. Couldn't get motivated today, and by 2 i was cranky.. not sure why, maybe because i didn't sleep that well last night and had one hell of a nightmare before i woke up this morning.
Regardless, i ate a big dish of pasta for dinner.. I craved the carbs so i ate them, no point in fighting it i worked out hardcore yesterday and i guess my body was telling me something, hense why i'm having a blueberry smoothie right now too; packed with whey protein!
My muscles are so sore.. which is good! i did two Burn routines yesterday, they deserve to be!
So tonight, after the pasta digested, i did some stretching and the "recharge" routine from Chalean Extreme. I also did a few sun salutations as well to continue the stretch long after. All-in-all i did the yoga/stretching for and hour and 15. My legs feel better, and hopefully they will stay that way tomorrow because it's cardio tomorrow! YIKES!
