Had a lot of Anxiety today. When that happens, working out isnt on my to-do list. Most of the time it makes it worse because my heart rate is already sky high.
I'm thinking the culprit can be a few things.
#1 the fallout from the high stresses of last week both at work and outside of work.
#2 lack of sun = lack of vitamin D. So i'm going to get to poppin' my D vitamins a couple times a day to see if that helps.
#3 my anxiety meds are not doing what they need to do and may need to be adjusted AGAIN.
Having Anxiety/Panic disorder SUCKS. Ever since my bout in traffic 2 weeks ago, then followed by the stresses from #1 I'm having a hard time again. Thankfully this a 3 day work week.
Hopefully i can get back on the CE train tomorrow.
