Burn 1
I was going to do Recharge as well, but I'm going to save it for Thanksgiving when i need a pick me up once i wake up from the nap I'm going to take after gorging myself at turkey dinner.. Sorry, this is the only holiday i stop counting calories and try to eat as many as possible.. It's my #1 holiday.
I increased the weights to the next level on the Reebok Speed pac for each exercise. Definitely made it MUCH harder. I feel great though, very satisfied with this workout indeed. One more Burn 1 left; I'm almost finished with the Burn phase of the plan.. And BURN you do!
Next phase is the PUSH phase.. very eager to see this, but nervous at the same time. Push makes me think of PUSHING yourself to the limits.. yikes! but I'm ready for a good challenge! BRING IT ON!! oh wait.. lol i have like a week and a half to go! lol
