Day 93

Day 1 of Chalean Extreme (CX) - Burn 1
OMG..
Ok first off, you need weights to do this. Using the bands is confusing and cumbersome and well.. awkward.
So in a little bit I'm off to buy adjustable weights for my next day which i think is Friday, i have to double check the calendar.

Today i also had 30 minutes with my trainer, and he worked me HARD CORE today.. I told him i was starting CX tonight and he said i might not be able to after he finished with me. He was almost right! What we did i definitely felt, working CX too? made it harder. Thankfully it was more upper body than lower, because the lower is what Trainer Mike made a point to work today!

Circuit with Trainer Mike:
5 min warm up on the elliptical
Squats
Walking Lunges
Wall Sits
Side Crunches
and two band exercises that i don't know the names of lol i know it worked shoulders and upper back.. and it was hard core.

I'm spent and I'm definitely going to sleep great tonight!

Tomorrow will most likely be a rest day. I have to meet with the Priest after work and it's a commuter day so i won't get home until late again, if at all! i might just stay up north and commute to work in the morning.
