Awesome!

For Turbo Jam - 20 minute, I'm becoming more advanced, so for a little challenge i used the weighted hand gloves. My heart rate was at 80% of max for the majority. I was certainly bringing it!

Not sure if i mentioned this in prior blog posts, but i rarely ever start a workout program on the "modified" level. I always try and do what the lead trainer or even the advanced people are doing. Why? because i want to see results quickly. I'm a more "i need it now" type of person, which is good because I'm driven, but it's bad because i adapt to the workouts quickly and they can become less challenging quicker. That's why i added the gloves. Holds me accountable on my form and adds a challenge as well.
