I had inadvertently taken a power nap in the late afternoon, so when i awoke i was totally recharged and needed to burn off some serious over indulgence from Christmas Eve lunch. So i chose something i had not tried, and that was Turbo Jam: Punch, Kick, Jam. OMG!! Now THAT was a challenge. I'm also becoming very intrigued with what is called Capoiera. Chalene Johnson uses some of the moves in some of the Turbo Jam workouts.
Tonight was also the first night that i actually worked out with the Brazil Butt Lift series. Because i have 2 left feet and no coordination or rhythm (at all) this specific cardio workout was a bit challenging for me.
Now i don't want to discourage ANYONE from doing it. I'm just making a note that i had a difficult time with it. I also had the same difficulty with Turbo Jam too, if you remember me mentioning that, and now i totally keep up with Chalene. It's just going to take some time, but I'm up for the challenge. Besides, I'll also learn some Brazilian dance moves too! THAT makes it worth it in and of itself!
Because i was feeling nastalgic and wanted to see my other favorite trainer, Tony Horton, I popped in the 10 minute trainer ABS routine. I forgot how challenging that was! WHEW!
All-in-all, AWESOME workout tonight! One that i might have to take up again soon!
