Yoga 1 hour
Long day yesterday, a lot of traveling, and i noticed during my Christmas Day workout that my back was getting a kink. So i have to relax on the hard core stuff so i don't get laid out for an extended period of time.
It couldn't come at a better time because i received 3 Yoga dvd's for Christmas that i have been pining over. This will give me the opportunity to take it down a notch and really give my muscles a good stretch; hoping to prevent a back injury.
Please understand that i have had a back issue since my car accident back in 2003, working out and becoming stronger helps with keeping my body in check, but sometimes things happen and well, the body has a different idea no matter how careful you are. So unless the Dr. says working out at my fit level is ok for me so long as i listen to my body. <- Today's lesson "No Excuses"
