Burn it off
Recharge
I haven't done these two routines together in a while (i know i went off program, but Turbo Jam totally consumed me!), and combined with the soreness from yesterday i don't know how i made it through Burn it off, but i did.
Recharge is basically Yoga, and it felt GREAT to stretch the soreness away. I even made new progress! i was able to go all the way down to the floor with a flat back!!! Felt awesome to stretch the hamstrings like that!
So for all of you that say i can't do the yoga i'm not flexible!!! I'll tell you my little story.
i started Yoga about 1.5 years ago at the adult school at my former High School 2 nights a week. i could barely move coming off of intense physical therapy for 9 months. Though i had the strength from therapy i didn't have the flexibility.
Fast forward to today, i'm able to touch my toes while standing and bent over with a flat back and i'm able to do that same thing sitting as well. Though it does take time while sitting, but i just keep stretching until i'm lose enough to get there.
Everything takes time! You can't expect to lose a ton of weight over night, or get that six pack, or be able to do a triangle pose without falling over! you have to make a conscious effort to work at it, practice it, and you will succeed!
